We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2022, at the age of 72, Juanita Ruth Cutler of Weston, West Virginia, born in Annapolis, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Willis Sanders and Virginia Ruth Sanders (Bogue); and her sisters, Pam Thomas Bisch and Terri Smith. She is survived by : her children, Stephanie Kirkpatrick (Thomas Cox) of Jane Lew and Bernard James Cutler, IV (Keri) of Pasadena, MD; her grandchildren, Briahna Hope Rohrbough, Abigail Jordyn Kirkpatrick, Kerstin Joy Cutler and Ayden James Cutler; her sisters, Cindy Sharer of Greensboro, MD and Freddie White of Selbyville, DE; and her pet Mia.
