She is survived by: her husband Edward Garrett of Weston; her children, Joyce Evelyn Wilt (Ed) of Buckhannon, Nancy Jane Cogar (Arthur) of Weston, James Michael Garrett (Joyce) of Weston and Rodney Delane Garrett (Mary Ann) of Alum Bridge; and her sister Margaret Frances Butcher of Weston.
