She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dale and Vesta M. Smith Skinner; her husband Wayne F. Blake; her son John Wayne Blake; and her siblings, Virginia, Geraldine, Norma Jean, Richard, Jim, Charles "Dink" and Jack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Helmick (Rex) of Weston and Loretta J. Blake of Weston; her grandson Clinton Helmick (Tabatha) of Weston; her great grandchildren, Brayden of Weston, Bailey of Weston, Brynlee Helmick of Weston, Olvia Daly of Weston and Connor Murray of Weston; and her pet Marklea Joann. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
