He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Westfall and Isephine Barker Westfall; and his brothers, William Burton and Benny Harold Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anderson; his daughter Anissa Silman (Okey, II) of Buckhannon; his grandsons, Isaac Fetty of Buckhannon and Camron Silman of Buckhannon; his siblings, David Allen Westfall (Carol) of Teays Valley, WV and Martha Jane Cerullo (James Michael) of Buckhannon; and his sister-in-law Thelma Westfall.
