He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Ann Adams; his uncle Ron Adams; and his brother Vernon Russell Cox. He is survived by: his father Ken Holley; his brothers, Jamie Lindsey, Josh Lindsey and Jason Lindsey (Dawn Shumate Vanpelt); his niece Ava Vanpelt; his friends, Eric Reed, Mark Raymond and Justin Glasscock (Cody Glasscock); and his daughter Katelynn Lindsey (Lucas Musgrave). He is also survived by many cousins, other family members and friends.
