She is survived by: her children, Karl Slaughter (Tina) of Masontown and Holly Sarapa (Mike) of Jackson's Mill; her grandchildren, Tylar Williams, Joey Williams, Anthony Williams, Carter Slaughter and Mikey Sarapa; and her siblings, Jeanie Montgomery (Randy) of Belington and Darriel May of Clarksburg. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
