He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Rowgh Hill; his son Matthew Steven Hill (Sarah) of Fairmont, WV; his granddaughter Emily C. Hill of Morgantown, WV; his siblings, Donald E. Hill (Mary) of Radford, VA, David P. Hill (Martha) of Sinks Grove, WV, Connie Jo Knapp (James) of Lewisburg, WV, Sara Jane McClintic (Jerry) of Williamsburg, WV and Mary Jean Kaiser (James) of Newman Lake, WA; and his brother-in-law Larry Widener of Spotsylvania, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (210 Center Ave, Weston, WV 26452). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
