It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Mace of Weston, West Virginia, born in Spencer, West Virginia, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Corder Mace and Edith Husk Mace; his son Matthew Mace; and his siblings, Jimmy Mace and Barbara Jordan.
He is survived by : his daughter Kristin Staubly of Barrackville, WV; the mother of his child Susan Rowland; his close friend Peggy Mace; his grandchildren, Gage Mace, Summer Melton (Jeremy), McKenzie Cutrell (Ashley), Shaley Murray and Shane Skinner; his great grandchildren, Eleanor Melton, Wyatt Melton, Lincoln Cutrell and Luna Cutrell; his sisters, Mary Jo Sams, Judy Sheppard and Martha Busch; his pet Sammy; and also, Lea Ann and Michael Murray.
