He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harry Harper Sr. and Reva Louise Harper (Moneypenny); his siblings, Robert Wayne Harper and Sandra Jean Harrison; and his grandparents, William and Ida Mae Moneypenny.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Smith (Tina) of New Cumberland and Sharon K. Mick (Michael) of Weston; his nephews, Trent Harrison and Rob Riddle; and his niece Eva Hollidge. He is also survived by two great nephews and three great nieces.
