He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Gordon Lockard and Madge Rosalee Greene Lockard; his stepmother Janet Lockard of Weston; his close friend Sandy Smith of Buckhannon; his daughters, Kelley Ham of Weston, Lee Ann Lockard of Yellow Springs, OH and Miquella Elle Lockard of Weston; his grandchildren, Taylor Paige Beckner (Tyler), MaKenzie Posey (Ryan), Bethany Smith, Barrett VanArtsdalen and Dylan VanArtsdalen; his brother Steven Roy Lockard (Louise) of Wendell, NC; his great grandchildren, Madilynn R. Beckner, Kora A. Beckner, Easton S. Posey and McKinley G. Posey; his nephew Michael S. Lockard; and his niece Sadie R. Hoover.
