She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gillespie and Bessie Leo Gillespie (Riley); her husband Melvin J. Langford; her sons, Melvin Lee Langford and Clarence Ray Langford; and her siblings, Clarence Langford, Jr., Dortha Jean Hess and Mary Frances Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Locke Squires of Jane Lew, WV, Joy Langford Madore of St Albans, WV and Larry J. Langford of Hacker's Creek, WV; her grandchildren, Patrick Daniel Langford, Sara Elizabeth Simmons and Elizabeth Madore Lewis; and her brother Robert Gillespie of Centerville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that due to Covid 19, masks be worn during visitation and services.
Donations may be made in memory of Hilda to the Serenity Hope Assisted Living and dropped off the funeral home.
