She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Clark Linger and Ada Marie Linger (Bonnett); her husband Robert Lee Posey; her daughter Jane Marie Barrett (Posey); and her siblings, Kenneth Dee Linger and Shirley Faye Butcher (Linger).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Lynn Posey of Herndon, VA, John Michael Posey (Joanna) of Weston, WV, Ricky Dee Posey (Princetti) of Weston, WV and Robert Lee Posey (Valerie) of Weston, WV; her grandchildren, Miranda Dawn Posey, James Robert Posey (Jessica), Joshua Michael Posey (Julie), Carley Jane Peek (Justin), Janine Michelle Surface (Preston) and Lauren Nicole Posey; and her great grandchildren, June Hazel Posey, Eva Marie Peek and Jordan Evan Posey. She is also survived by her family, friends.
