He is survived by: his children, Jacob Wade of Flushing, OH and Alexis Bollinger (Jeffery) of Flushing, OH; his grandchildren, Bradyn Wade, Elijah Bollinger and Silas Bollinger; and his siblings, Linda Cain of Heath, OH and Jeffrey Wade of Clarksburg.
