She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Jenkins and Lena Smith Jenkins; her former husband Elmer Lamp; her husband Richard Cogar; and her siblings, Goldamurl Atchison, Greta Hardman, Ralph "Jack" Jenkins, Gordon Jenkins, Emerson Jenkins, Eugene Jenkins, Marple Jenkins, Woodrow and Marvin Jenkins.
She is survived by: her close friend Darrell Riddle of Weston; her daughter Richaetta Gilliam of Ohio; her grandchildren, Melissa Isenhart, Crystal Isenhart, Heather Blake, Marshall Blake, Justin Jackson and Dustin Jackson; and her siblings, Golden Jenkins (Betty) of Glenville, Charles Jenkins (Wilda) of Normantown, WV and Glena Green of Glenville. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin.
