He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ervin Bayless and Marguarette Bayless (Woods); his wife Cleota Bayless (Johnson); his daughter Juanita Sue Parsons; and his siblings, Edward, Harold, Ardie Bayless and Evelyn Smith.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Danielle Stewart (Josh) of Lucasville, OH; his great grandchild Marianna Stewart; his sisters, Jeanie Nicholson of Weston, Emilee Fetty (Joe) of Parkersburg, WV and Janet Billey (Ron) of Hiddenite, NC; and his stepson John Johnson of New Carlisle, OH.
