He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ed" Turner and Oleta Turner (Mick); his wife Flora Alice Turner (Messenger); and his sister Reverend Betty T. Wilt. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Brown (Boone) of Jane Lew; his grandchildren, Devin Brown (Anna) of Weston and Dr. Breanna Brown (Nick Smith) of Central City, NE; and his brother Laine Turner (Carol) of Falling Waters, WV.
