He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Randall Blake (Muggsy) and Kimberly A. Baughman (Fittro); and his grandparents, Thomas Fittro, Robert and Wilma Blake.
He is survived by: his grandmother Kathryn Fittro of Lost Creek, WV; his children, Betty Blake and Aden Blake; and his siblings, Robert Rinehart of Dallas, TX, Rebekah Smith (Paul Jones) of Galax, VA, Randi Michelle Blake, Fiancé Henry Hill Jr. of Cleveland, OH, Isaiah Baughman of Lost Creek, WV, Michelle Rose Baughman of Lost Creek, WV and Denise Gray (Troy) of Lakemore, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
