He is survived by: his sons, David Crislip (Ruth) of Summersville, WV and Jeff Crislip (Brenda) of Weston; his sisters, Maxine Davis of Maryland and Sandra (Buddy) of New Milton; his grandchildren, Danny (Brenna Crislip) of Summersville, WV, Heather Crislip of Wheeling, WV, Jeremy (Bryanna Crislip) of Roanoke, WV and Jessica Crislip (Ben Askin) of Pittsburgh, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Tara and David Troastle of Elkins, WV; his great grandchildren, Cameron Crislip, Ariana Crislip, Hannah Williams, Izaac Crislip, Eliott Crislip, Carmen Crislip, Violet Askin, Keaton Troastle and Kade Troastle; and his caregivers, Judy Marsh, Donis Furr, Delilah Syrews, Kathy Smith, Kathy Wiant, Vicki Keesecker and Tera Craig.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to one of the organizations that the Crislip's would give generously to; Shriners Children's Hospital, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Lewis County Senior Center.
