He is survived by: his sister Jean Burkhammer (Thomas) of Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Tom, Bob, Raymond, Roger, Brian, Greg, Linda Burkhammer, Kim Eagy, Terri Wright, Patty Heath, Bonnie, Chuck, Scott, Terry Jo Sprouse, Jackie and Becky Heater.
