He is survived by: his wife Alicia Poloka (Swisher); his children, Ronald Poloka (Sharron) of New Castle, PA, Charles Poloka Jr. (Michelle) of Lafayette, CA, Edward Poloka of England, Kimberly Mousseau (Tom) of Cary, NC, Deborah Poloka of Hampton, PA, Christine Poloka of Portersville, PA, Michael Poloka (Kris Milliron) of Portersville, PA, Zachary Poloka (Keisha) of Buckhannon and Joshua Swisher (Andrea) of Weston; his grandchildren, April Boariu, Holly Poloka, Jonathan Poloka, Charles John Poloka III, Sebastian Poloka, Suzanna Poloka, Rebecca Mousseau, Jennifer Caiña, Thomas Mousseau, Kevin Stengel, Melissa Poloka, Alexandra Swisher, Blake Ferguson, Aaron Swisher, Arabella Swisher, Addison Swisher and Kayce Swisher; his sister Bernadette Schmitt; his parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Ann Swisher of Weston; and his pet Ares.
