She is survived by: her husband Ray Duane Stout; her son Daniel Lee Anthony of Weston; her grandchildren, Jacob Daniel Anthony of Weston, Jessica and Justin Matthew Johnson of La Grange, KY.; and her siblings, Timothy Wilson of Buckhannon and Martha O'Connor of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
