She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Radcliff, Sr. and Theresa Smith Lattea of Virginia. She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Welch; and her siblings, Jim Radcliff, Sarah Lowther, Jay Hicks, Weston and Virginia Tjaden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
