He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burr Lamb and Sarah Lacy Lamb; and his siblings, Harold, Harry Ronald, Bob, Orval, Jack, Jerry, Charles Lamb, Joan Myers Burkhammer, Eileen Bailey and Norma Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Carylon Kay Allen of Weston; his daughter Lacy Harbert (Derek) of Jane Lew; and his grandchildren, Greyson and Sawyer of Jane Lew. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
