She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father William Suder; and her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Charles White.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pat Boyle Funeral Home and Cremation Service (144 Hackers Creek Rd, Jane Lew, WV 26378).
In lieu of flowers, Billie Jo's family have requested donations be made to Lewis-Upshur Animal Control Facility located at 318 Mud Lick Rd., Buckhannon, WV 26201.
