He is survived by: his children, Edward Lee Underwood (Eureta) of West Union, Rose Maria Underwood Stout of West Union, Katrina See (John) of Salem and Rusty Nicholson (Christy) of Salem; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Robbie (Steph), Areta (Jamie), Kathy (D. L.), April, Jonathan, Cheyanne (Brandon), Austin Tyler (Emily), R. J., Caleb (Hannah), Josh, Grace, Olivia and Sophia; his siblings, Roger L Underwood (Ella Mae) of Salem, Mary E Davis (David) of Salem and Debra Underwood (Rick Watson) of Salem; and his father-in-law Jim Hodges (Phyllis) of Reedsville. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
