She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kermit and Susie Mildred Ross Boyce; her husband Clinton Ray Polan; her children, Cheryl Ann Conner, Kevin Trent Polan and Marvin Lyle Polan; and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Lamp.
She is survived by: her sons, Kermit Ray Polan (Tara) of Barlow, OH and Craig A Polan; and her children-in-law, Shawn Polan and Tom Conner. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
