He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Higginbotham and Clara Fisher Higginbotham; and his daughter Rosie Marie Higginbotham. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Travis Higginbotham; his son Eric Scott Higginbotham; and his brothers, Joseph Higginbotham of Paris, PA, Eugene Higginbotham of Smithfield, FL and Robert Higginbotham of LaCante, FL.
