As Roy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Roy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Ruppert and Gae Ruppert (Smith); his wife Mary Ann Baniak; and his sister Maybelle. He is survived by: his children, R. Michael Ruppert Jr. (Julie) and Vanessa Ruppert Morgan (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Parker Morgan (Ashley), Madison Ruppert (Pei Pei) and Dillon Morgan. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home West Union (212 Front St, West Union, WV 26456). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
