He was predeceased by: his parents, Bethel Winemiller and Opal Underwood Winemiller Hartel; and his grandson Edwin Paul Arnott. He is survived by: his wife Francis Jean Moore Winemiller; his children, Edwin Arnott (Erica) of Berea, WV, Amanda Riddle (Brent) of Washington, WV, Michael Arnott of Vienna, WV and Becky Lamp (Buddy) of St. Mary's, WV; his grandchildren, Anthony, Chelsea (Steven), Skyler, Tressa, Allyiah, Jalen and Levi; his great grandchildren, Connor and Cyrus; his siblings, Edward Winemiller (Darlene) and Brenda Withrow (Ronnie) of Massillon, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Patty, Becky, Kinsley, Johnny and Lloyd.
