He is survived by: his children, John C. McCullough (Sheila) of Greenwood, WV, Richard F. McCullough, II of Greenwood, WV, Vicky L. Kelley (Steve) of Greenwood, WV and Phyllis A. Cutright (Paul) of Pennsboro, WV; and his sister Mary Lou Holden of Greenwood, WV.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
