He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Swiger and Wuanita Swiger (Isner); his parents-in-law, Elmer and Roxie Crislip; his daughter-in-law Zelma Kay Swiger; his brother Rex Swiger; and his uncle Roger Swiger.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Swiger (Crislip); his children, Thomas Wayne Swiger and Joyce Ann Swiger; his grandsons, Jeremy Wayne Swiger (Spring) and Jordan Thomas Swiger (Kristy); his great grandchildren, Jeremy Wayne Swiger Jr., Jared Ray Swiger, Jacob Maxwell Swiger and Canaan Michael Swiger; his siblings, Ray Swiger and Brenda Sue Rafferty; and his siblings-in-law, Naomi Williams, Dorothy Davis, Doris Pratt, Dian Currey, Gary Crislip and Rex Crislip.
