She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Leggett and Doshie Hart Leggett; her husband Francis Eugene Owens Sr.; her daughter Melinda Sue Helmick; and her sister Georgie Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Owens (Cindy), Francis Owens Jr. (Patricia) and James Owens (Mollie); her siblings, Judy Neely (Gilbert), Helen Moore, Betty Law, Ella May Monroe (Bob), Wake Forest, Rita Tanner (Haymond) and Jerry Leggett (Sharon); and her niece Susie Saville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with the CDC guidelines, masks are required to be worn at all times along with social distancing requirements.
