She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Everett Watts and Gertrude Elizabeth Florence; her son William Jean Meade Jr.; her stepfather Paul Florence Sr.; and her siblings, Jane Elizabeth Smith, Harry Everett Watts Jr. and Paul Florence Jr..
She is survived by: her son Steven Allen Meade; her daughter-in-law Donna Lee Meade (New Milton); her grandchildren, Sasha, Tasha, Steven II, Gregory Scott and Jeffrey; and her sister Cindy Haydon. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
