It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim Renee Bland of West Union, West Virginia, born in Oceanside, California, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lester Ray Bland; and her sister Eva LaFalce. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Mae Bland Craver; her sons, Roland Elliott Jr. and Zakarie Elliott; and her siblings, Mary Grace Lockney (Henry) of Niles, OH, Cindy Bland, Daniel Alexander (Kathleen) of Pierpont, OH, James Bland of Cyril, OK and Lester Rodney Bland (Sheryl) of Noblesville, IN.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, her family and friends.
