She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hill and Grace Millie Smith Jones; her former husband Gene Brady Ellifritt; her husband Darrel G Cox; and her siblings, Phyllis Jones, Jackie Burgess, Smith Jones, David Jones and Joe Jones.
She is survived by: her children, John E Ellifritt (Kathy) and Jo Ann Ellifritt; her grandsons, Jared Ellifritt and Gage Ellifritt (Hannah Moore); and her caregiver Rhonda Gray. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
