He was predeceased by: his father Allan Leo Rush; and his grandparents, Victor, Genevieve Jennie Cometsco Leon, Harry Maurice and Opal Aretta Gray Rush.

He is survived by: his mother Fatima Genieve Leon Rush of West Union; and his pet Jack.
