He was predeceased by: his parents, Parley Williams and Edna Davis Williams; his wife Martha Lee Smith Williams; his son Timothy Williams; his granddaughter Mikiah Stinespring; and his siblings, Berlin, Wayne, Corlis, Elmer Williams, Eska Weekley, Pauline King, Donna Stair and Isophene Williams.

He is survived by: his daughter Karen Panson (Michael) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandson Michael Goff Stinespring (Shelli); his great grandchildren, Nicole Stinespring, Tiffani Stinespring, Charley Stinespring and James Leo Stinespring; his sister Imogene Lynch; and his daughter-in-law Donna Williams of Pittsburgh, PA..
