He is survived by: his wife Cathy Sue Collins Blake; his children, Jennifer James (Mike) of Greenwood, Justin Blake (Victoria) and Jeremy Blake West Union (Monica); his grandchildren, Curtis James, Libby Blake (Matthew Thomas), Simon James (Amy), John Blake, Tanner Blake, Samuel James, Audrey Blake, Nisha Reves, Easton Blake, Kaylee Blake and Addie Blake; his great grandchild Bella Thomas; his aunt Agnes Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Riggs (Dallas), Fara Ball (Bob) and Tommy Collins (Anita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
