With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Marie Totter of West Union, West Virginia, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Palmer Sr. and Velma Marie Sayre Palmer; the father of her children Henry Amos Richards Jr.; and her husband Andrew F Totter. She is survived by: her close friend Richard B Kinney; her daughters, LaDonna Rinehart Clarksburg (Richard), Tina Richards West Union (Richard Kelly) and Susan Carroll West Union (Chris); her grandchildren, RJ Carroll (Lacie), Alicia Rinehart, Christopher Carroll (Sonya), Sara Smith Christina Carroll (Chris) and Johnathan Carroll; her great grandchildren, Cole, Aden, Allie, Jax, Kylie, Axl, Coyote, Kynslee and Autumn; and her siblings, Robert E Palmer Jr. (Alma), Ellen Hoban (Mike), Wendy Lemasters (Larry) and Cheryl Lemasters (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home West Union (212 Front St, West Union, WV 26456). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
