He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Webster and Wynona Bell Ash; his wife Bonnie D Taylor Ash; his son Donald Willis Ash; and his siblings, Emma Jane Ash, Roger Lee Ash and Johnny Webster Ash.
He is survived by: his son Dean Lee Ash (Shannon); his grandchildren, Bethany Frame (Steven), Sierra Ash, Destiney Ash and Desaree Ash; and his siblings, Geneva Grace Pringle (Jeff) of Big Prairie, OH, Sarah Ann Hoffmann (Mitchel) and Danny Dean Ash of Danville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
