He is survived by: his wife Geneva Alberta Johnson Baker; his son Russell Baker (Debbie) of Oklahoma; his grandsons, Joshua and Jeffery; and his siblings, Earl Francis Baker, Kenneth Ray Baker, David S Baker and Geneva Sebald.
