He is survived by: his wife Judy Labenne Todd; his daughter Melissa Todd of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, William "Billy" Todd of Clarksburg and Sarah Todd of Clarksburg; his great grandchildren, Haley and Hannah Todd; and his sister Sheila Cochran of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
