She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Webster and Blanche Cochran Richmond; and her daughter Teresa Jean Pullen. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Lynne Romine of Lost Creek, John Phillip Self (Donna) of Louisville, KY and Joseph Eric Self (Kim) of Corydon, Indiana. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
