He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas R. "Doc" Lough and Elizabeth Virgina "Ginny" Marozzi Lough; and his siblings, Roger Lough and Carol Eli (Dave). He is survived by: his fiancé Kim Lewis; his sister Sharon Illig; his children, Craig Lough, Todd Lough, Lori Sallaz (Russ) and Dan Lough (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Aron Lough (Megan), Eric Lough (Savannah), Dani Sharp, Griffin Lough (Holly), Zack Sallaz (Mari), Rachel Sallaz, Krystal Sallaz (Cody), Brian Sallaz (Sandy), Brandon Lough and Candyce Lough. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nephews and cousins.
