With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roxie Leona Foster of West Liberty, West Virginia, born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roxie Leona Foster to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Perrine and Madeline R. Perrine (Taylor); her daughter Melissa Foster; and her siblings, Frank Perrine and JoAnn Streets.

She is survived by: her husband James Foster; her children, Leona McCauley (Ramona Barnes) of West Liberty, WV, Debra Selmon (Bruce) of Wellsburg, WV and Jamie Mitter (Jason) of Wellsburg, WV; her sisters, Beatrice Reffitt (Ed) of Wellsburg, WV and Donna Roberts (John); her grandchildren, Jessica, Dedra and Kamie Foster; and her great grandchildren, Emma Skyzypek and Jersie Hennessey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 262 S Danny Thomas Blvd. Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Roxie.
