She was predeceased by: her parent George Kamenicky; her husband Orville W. Maxwell; and her brother George "Sonny" Kamenicky. She is survived by: her friends, Steve, Scott and Joette; her parent Anna Kamenicky (Brower); her daughter Mary Ann Maxwell of Wheeling; and her sister Mary Jane Langmyer (William) of Triadelphia. She is also survived by nephew; a niece, great-nieces and nephews.
