He is survived by: his children, Wetzel Fulks, Jr. of West Hamlin, WV, Christine Horne (Ira) of Lorain, OH, Rev. Bill, Debbie Fulks of Huntington, WV, Janice Messinger (Roger) of Midkiff, WV, Phillip Fulks of Lorain, OH, Mary McNeely (Marty) of West Hamlin, WV, George Fulks (Stephanie) of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Melissa Fulks of Pleasant View, WV and Robert Lolopulos of Beckley, WV.; and his siblings, Lowell Fulks, Delamay Sanders and Deloris Bias. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
