She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nicholas and Euna Maude Scites Kopsolias; her husband Charles Leist; her son Robert D'Alessio; and her siblings, Manuel Lester (Oneida), George Edward (Nevada), Billie Lee Kopsolias (Kathleen) and Dorothy Kopsolias Hartman.
She is survived by: her children, Larry D'Alessio (Beth) of Branchland, WV and Jennifer Aliff (James); her granddaughters, Allison Rummel (Seth), Jennifer Packer, Brittany Lawhon (Chris), Lana Aliff and Emilee Aliff (Blake Preston); and her great grandchildren, Michaela Worthington, Lilah Meyers, Mya and Bella Rummel.
She had suffered many years with the mentally and physically disabling disease of Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, and Vascular dementia.
