He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottie Collins and Martha Collins; and his sister Judith Goddard. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Smith, Tina Shepard and RaeLynn Rowan; and his siblings, Wilson Collins, Helen Parsons, Ona Cooper, Linda Heffner and Tawana Dial. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
