He is survived by: his wife Betty Midkiff; his sons, Jeff Midkiff (Lisa) of West Hamlin and Alan Midkiff (Jan) of Kenova; his grandchildren, Jenna Townsend (Travis), Ty Midkiff (Alyson), Lake Midkiff (Shelby), Alley Baker (Jarred) and Keaton Perdue; his great grandchild Tripp Baker; and his brothers, Harvey and Jerry.
